1) Move In And Out Cleaning Special
Apartments: $400.00 up to 1300 sq. ft.
Townhomes: $500.00 up to 1800 sq. ft.
Single-family homes: $600.00 up to 2700 sq. ft.

2) Floor Waxing Special 
$400.00 up to 450 sq. ft.
$550.00 up to 900 sq. ft.

3) Wood Floor Polishing Special
$200 per area (3 rooms or more)

4) Final cleaning Special
20% off all services that are paid upon completion

5) Basic Cleaning Special
$150.00 for 3 hours of Basic cleaning.

After 3 hours there's an hourly charge of $55.00 per hour if needed.

6) A free month of office cleaning.

7) Spring Cleaning Special

$200 per hour
